“Remember the wondrous works that he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he uttered.” Psalm 105:5 (ESV)

Psalm 105 serves as a powerful reminder to remember. It encourages us to reflect on God’s faithfulness, His covenant promises, and His miraculous acts throughout history. From Abraham to Joseph, from the plagues in Egypt to Israel's deliverance, this psalm walks us through the story of a God who never forgets His people.

In a world full of distractions and uncertainties, it’s easy to forget what God has done. We often focus on what we lack or fear instead of celebrating what God has already accomplished in our lives. Psalm 105 encourages us to pause and reflect, to give thanks, sing praises, and make known His deeds.

The same God who guided His people with a cloud during the day and fire at night is with us now. When we recall His works, our faith grows stronger for the journey ahead.

Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your faithfulness through the ages. Help me to remember the mighty things You have done—not just in history, but in my own life. Stir in me a heart of gratitude and praise. When I face doubt or difficulty, remind me of Your promises and past deliverance. Let Your Word be the foundation of my hope, and may I never forget Your wondrous works.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
