Pastor's Corner - 10/1
He made me like a polished arrow and hid me away in his quivers. — Isaiah 49:2b

One of the greatest privileges God gives His church is the call to raise leaders for the next generation. The Apostle Paul told Timothy, “what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:2). Leadership is never meant to end with us. It is always passed on.
As I travel this week with Arrow Leadership, I’m reminded that the future of the church depends on godly leaders who are formed not just in skill, but in character and conviction. We live in a world where leadership is often measured by power or personality. Yet in Christ’s kingdom, leadership is service. It’s washing feet. It’s carrying the cross. That’s why we must invest deeply in future leaders to equip them not only with knowledge, but with hearts shaped by the gospel.

Dear Church, let’s pray for this work together, trusting that as we sow into leaders today, God will bring fruit for generations to come.
